I'm a local Oʻahu neighbor who helps homeowners facing foreclosure, probate, and liens understand where they stand and what their options are. When the mail piles up and the notices get scary, I'm the friendly voice who sits down with you, talks story, and walks through every choice — keeping the home, pausing, or selling — without any pressure. My job is to make sure you never have to face this alone, and that you move forward knowing every option available to you.

FAQ

Questions homeowners ask most

Is your help really free?

Yes. Our homeowner support and resource connections are 100% free of charge for homeowners. There's no obligation and no pressure to sell.

Do I have to sell my home?

No. Understanding your options comes first — keeping the home, pausing foreclosure, negotiating, or selling only if you choose. No one should make that decision without knowing all the alternatives.

What should I bring (or tell you) on the first call?

If you have them: any foreclosure notice, your loan servicer or lender's name, court case information, auction date, HOA or tax letters, and your best contact details. If you don't have documents, that's okay — we'll start with what you know.

Are you lawyers or HUD counselors?

No. We are homeowner advocates. We share general information to help you understand your situation and options. We don't provide legal or tax advice. When those services are needed, we connect you with trusted, verified professionals.

If there's an urgent deadline, what should I do?

Call or text one of us as soon as possible so we can confirm dates and identify the fastest next steps. If you're in immediate danger of losing housing, contact a HUD-approved housing counselor or Legal Aid right away.
